The Escape Games and tours take place in public spaces. All generally applicable traffic and conduct rules take precedence over directions given or interpreted as such from the App.
General traffic rules always take precedence over the directions in the App.
All activities of the games and tours take place on public roads and in public spaces. The situation may be different than indicated in the App due to e.g. weather conditions, road connections or changed traffic situations.
If you cannot continue the route and there is no alternative available, please cancel the game or tour and contact Bee Caribe. In consultation we will see if the game/tour can be continued at another time. If that is not possible you will receive an alternative game/tour or a refund of your purchase.
Bee Caribe assumes no liability for any damage to your vehicle due to poor roads, overhanging tasks or other conditions where a vehicle is damaged. If you find the conditions of the route unacceptable to continue the tour, please abort the tour and contact Bee Caribe
Bee Caribe assumes no liability for any personal injuries sustained during the game/tour. If during the itinerary you do not feel safe enough to continue the tour, please abort the tour and contact Bee Caribe
Do not leave valuables in your vehicle at the stopovers of the escapetours. Bee Caribe accepts no responsibility for any theft or damage to your vehicle or belongings.
Bee Caribe uses the App Loquiz. When installing the App on a device, you agree to Loquiz' s terms and conditions .
Intellectual Property
The use of the information on this website is free as long as you do not copy, distribute or in any other way use or abuse this information. You may only reuse the information on this website in accordance with the regulations of mandatory law.
Without Bee Caribe's express written consent, it is not permitted to reuse text, photos or other materials from this website. The intellectual property rights are owned by Bee Caribe.
Delivery
After purchasing via the website, you will immediately receive the tickets and instructions at the specified email address. The tickets have a validity of 2 months. In case of breakdowns of the ticket and/or payment system, delivery may be delayed for the duration of the breakdown.
Exchange
Tickets may be exchanged for other routes and are transferable to third parties. Any price difference in the event of an exchange will be charged in advance.
Prices
With regard to the prices indicated on our website, we endeavour to be as accurate as possible in reflecting reality and the prices referred to. Any errors that may arise and that are recognisable as programming or typing errors will never constitute a reason to claim or assume a contract or agreement with Bee Caribe.

The Escapegames require internet access. Depending on the game, data usage is only necessary at the beginning of the tour or throughout the tour. The data usage is limited to short films and fragments. The costs for possible mobile data use are for the user.
